We select premium raw materials tailored for different sporting goods categories to balance durability, performance and environmental friendliness. - Pickleball Paddles: We adopt high-strength carbon fiber, lightweight honeycomb polymer core and anti-abrasion surface coating, delivering strong impact resistance and stable hitting performance. - Sport Balls: Multi-layer composite leather, high-elastic inner rubber bladder and air-locking lining are applied, ensuring consistent bounce, soft touch and excellent air tightness under various scenarios. - Flying Discs & Outdoor Gear: Flexible impact-resistant PP composite materials are used, featuring good toughness, UV resistance and long service life for outdoor activities. All materials pass preliminary inspection before production. We prioritize wear resistance, safe composition and eco-friendly properties to meet global wholesale and customization demands.
Quality Control & Certifications
Strict quality control runs through the whole manufacturing process. We conduct incoming raw material inspection, random in-line sampling during production, and full inspection for finished goods before packaging. Defective items will be separated and reworked to keep consistent product quality for every shipment.
